From the moment Wim and Mienke walked into our studio to chat about their wedding, we knew we had struck gold. The ceremony was held in the cradle of the Swartberg pass with raw mountain rock towering over friends and family as the couple said their vows. The stillness and immensity of the landscape was deep soul stirring stuff!After the ceremony everyone made their way through the meandering pass and out of town to the quaint Abrahamskraal farm. The sun was low in the dusty Klein Karoo, flowers hung from silhouetted trees and candles were lit as the night stars began to shine, it was party time!The reception was held on the back veranda of the farmhouse under a Bedouin tent lined with colourful lanterns and fairy lights. Bright flowers and awesome signage dotted the tables as guests popped the champagne and eased themselves into comfortable wooden chairs, a prelude to great speeches and amazing food.
