}What are y’all up to this weekend? The huz and I are heading to the Natural Food Expo in Anaheim! It should be fun! Supposedly, there’s going to be lots of weird, health nutty foods like chocolate vitamins. I’ll be bringing along a bag to collect free goodies and my camera to document it all that’s for sure.

This is an eye-opening diagram of why a salad costs more than a big mac. Wow, America, no wonder we have problems with obesity. I used to teach college and my favorite topic to get into was the illusion of choices in America. This would’ve been a great discussion topic.
