Tips to Wedding Photographers for Best Image Display

The following tips will help your photos look their best on Love Olio. While only the first two are required, we may consider any of them when evaluating suggested photographers.

  • Images must be at least 545 x 400 pixels.
  • Images must be included in your blog's RSS feed.
  • Use your best photo as the first photo in the blog post.
  • For best results don't combine many images into one image. Keep them separate image files on your blog posts.
  • If you do combine multiple images into one image, consider keeping the first image in the post an image comprised of only one photo which will look good in a square cropping. This will help your profile page look its best.
  • Don't include whitespace (or black space) around the edges of the photos. Consider using CSS or HTML to make the margins in your blog instead of in the image.
  • Don't include borders on the photos.
  • The majority of your blog posts should be dedicated to your own wedding or engagement photos.
  • Update us when your website URL, blog URL or blog feed URL changes so that your profile stays fresh!
