Megan & Joel were married earlier this month down in Wilmington, North Carolina. Since meeting Megan & Joel in the spring last year, I had been looking forward to their wedding for a number of reasons. An almost springtime wedding in Wilmington was sure to provide me with some warmer weather than I’d see in Maine during that time of year -it turned out to be nearly 70 degrees that day! I was also excited to photograph their wedding in the beautiful First Presbyterian Church downtown. The reception that followed at the Cape Fear Country Club was just as lovely!
As I’ve done with each wedding I’ve photographed this year, I shot a few rolls of film at Megan & Joel’s wedding, and just fell in love with the scans as soon as they arrived. The following photos are mostly film, with a few digital images here & there.
