Two weekends ago our team had four weddings on one day - and Matt + Joanne's was one of them! Our team met up for an awesome homemade breakfast that morning (courtesy of Brooke), and when it was time to go, we all set out for our weddings. I had the pleasure of shooting with a fellow photographer, Mary, from New Jersey. She and I met the morning of the wedding and in no time were laughing about anything and everything. Matt + Joanne's wedding was beautiful -- and unique, if for no other reason than that only 20 +/- guests were in attendance. The flowers were put together by Joanne's friend, Joanne's dress was simple and their cake (with Lego figurines!) was awesome. Not to mention, we also enjoyed the perfect weather and location -- it was simply a great day. Their reception was held at a little resturant, where guests could order whatever it was they wanted off the menu. What I loved so much about this wedding was the closeness of it all.
