Ali and Cam’s big day was my last major wedding before the birth of our little boy Thomas… and what an epic wedding to finish on too! They hired the absolutely incredible Worden House in Dartmouth for a beautiful private wedding amongst close family and friends.
With Cam’s family coming over from Canada, the guests stayed for the week leading up to the wedding. This ultimately led to a gorgeous, intimate and relaxed wedding, full of love and laughter. Cam’s best man Jamie is a film director and captured the week leading up to the wedding in a beautifully edited short film. He then set up a Secret Cinema showing, complete with pop corn and film stubs.
To top everything, Cam did all the catering himself, and the food was absolutely incredible. I guess it’s the standards you expect from someone who works as a private chef for someone rather high profile! Also, as a result of those high standards, Ali & Cam were always going to struggle to find catering that came close, without blowing their budget!
The sun shone down on them for the whole day and the love and laughter rolled well into the night.
